We deliver ground-up commercial builds under CCDC-2 stipulated-price or CCDC-14 design-build contracts, including civil, foundation, structure, building envelope, mechanical and electrical fit-up, and full landlord-spec tenant-ready turnover.
New commercial construction in Calgary has a longer pre-construction phase than residential — geotech, civil engineering, soil remediation if needed, traffic impact studies, sometimes a development permit appeal — but the construction phase itself runs predictably when the pre-con is done right. We package the entire process under one accountable contract.
