Renovation Financing & Warranty Support in Calgary

Connect with our Calgary renovation financing partners and stay covered by our written workmanship warranty.

Overview

Calgary’s renovation financing & warranty support contractor

Most Calgary renovations are financed through a HELOC, a refinance, or a dedicated renovation loan — but the application process is messier than buying a car. Our financing partners specialize in Alberta renovation financing and have funded hundreds of projects we’ve built. We make a warm introduction; you make the decision.

On the warranty side, every project we deliver carries a written workmanship warranty (two years for residential renovation work, one year for commercial TI, and the Alberta New Home Warranty Program for new builds). Warranty claims are handled directly by our office — no insurance company, no third-party adjuster, no runaround.

Frequently Asked

Questions, answered

Do you offer in-house financing?

We don’t lend money directly. We partner with Alberta lenders who specialize in renovation financing — HELOCs, refinances, and dedicated renovation loans — and we make a warm introduction during the design phase.

What’s covered by your workmanship warranty?

Defects in materials and workmanship for two years on residential renovations and one year on commercial tenant improvements. New home builds are registered under the Alberta New Home Warranty Program (1/2/5/10 year tiers).

Who handles warranty claims?

We do, directly from our office. No third-party adjuster, no insurance run-around. Most claims are scheduled within 48 hours and resolved within a week.

What’s not covered by warranty?

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, settling cracks (drywall hairline cracks are excluded), homeowner modifications, and items not supplied by us. We walk through the warranty exclusions during contract signing.

Can I transfer the warranty if I sell the house?

Workmanship warranties on renovations are typically tied to the original homeowner. New home warranties under ANHWP transfer with the property automatically for the duration of each coverage tier.
