A Calgary tenant improvement (TI) project is governed by a triangle: tenant, landlord, contractor. We’ve delivered TI projects from one-week paint-and-carpet refreshes to ten-week multi-floor reconfigurations — always under CCDC-2 stipulated-price contracts with landlord-approved scope, certificates of insurance, and inspection sign-off documentation.
TI work in Calgary has its own rhythm: landlord building standards, after-hours access, dock scheduling, base-building system tie-ins, and a paperwork trail (lease compliance, City permits, commercial workmanship warranties). We handle all of it under one CCDC-2 contract — so the tenant signs once, the landlord approves once, and the build closes out cleanly.
